Questions?

Before you ask…

Everything from heat level to made-to-order timing, plus a contact form for anything we missed.

How hot is it?

Solid Cajun heat, but not challenge-food hot. Flavor hits first and the warmth builds as you keep eating.

Is it only for meat?

Nope. Potatoes, eggs, pasta, corn, mac & cheese and buttered popcorn are all proven territory.

Where is it made?

Small-batch in Michigan.

Why is there a lead time?

Risen Phoenix is made to order instead of sitting around as old inventory. Small individual orders generally need roughly 5–8 business days, while restaurant and bulk orders generally need roughly 7–10 business days.

Do you ship?

The current site is set up around continental U.S. shipping. Before launch, final postage economics and checkout settings should be confirmed.

What is it good on?

Chicken, beef, burgers, seafood, salmon, potatoes, fries, tots, eggs, corn, pasta, Alfredo, mac & cheese, stroganoff and — yes — buttered popcorn.
